What are your comps for contracts?

For Skinner I'd use Vejmelka ($2.73M x 3) and Vladar ($2.2M x 2) as comps. You should be able to get another year at that AAV.

Dobson ($4M x 3) is a good comp for Bouchard. Again, get the extra year.

Mittelstadt got $2.5M x 3, is that a good McLeod comp?

Overall, I think you could go longer at the same AAV with these guys - or less money on a 2 year term which would allow for some other roster improvements.

They look pretty accurate to me, but I think you could get 3 years on the principal deals instead of 2. Well done.
