Quoting: Juiceman
What? I think you are forgetting context.
In the bubble season, Boeser had 23 goals and 49 points in 56 games. To put that into context, he would have led the Canadiens in points that year. Last year crazy enough, despite his father dying and him having a down year, he had more points than everybody on the Canadiens not named Suzuki.
2020-2022
46 goals, 95 points, 127 games
That averages to 30 goals/82 games, and 61 points/82 games. That is better than anybody on the Canadiens in that time period. Mind you, Boeser's dad was dealing with a lot of diseases which harmed Boeser's mental wellness meaning he wasn't even playing at 100%. Despite that, he was better than every single Montreal Canadien. Perhaps do some actual research ebfore you make such a comment
Thanks for your opinion sir. It's refreshing to hear a defence of a goal scorer who has not scored a single goal this year. Let me review to make sure I understand your perspective:
1) He's a 30-goal who has never actually scored 30 goals in a season
2) He's a 60+ points guy who has never actually scored 60+ points in a season
3) There are mitigating circumstances (READS AS: legitimate excuses) regarding why he's never hit any of the benchmarks I am supposed to measure him by
Genuinely confused over here... are we talking about Brock Boeser or Josh Anderson right now?
^ That's just a little joke

To me he seems like a decent 2nd line winger. I offered a decent middle pair defensemen. I added another player because the cap needs to balance in these deals, at least until the offseason, and based on Vancouver's terrible defensive play, they could use a defensive forward.
Thanks again for your response and for shedding light on all the context. If you have any info about what he had for breakfast on most game days I'd also like to know that?
