Ritchie top 6?

Yeah man, he’s hot and much faster than Lucic. I think we need a better solution via Trade (Tarasenko, Patrick Kane or Timmo Meier would be nice otherwise Josh Anderson, Fabian Zetterlund, Myles Wood, Conor Garland or Luke Kunin would do as well), but until then and looking internally, I think that line would be tough to play against and all Mang & Kadri have to do is keep shooting on net with Ritchie standing in front, separating the opponents from the pucks and digging them out of the corners. He’s just a better option than Lucic and then the talent & skill is spread throughout all 4 lines.

I really hope Ruzicka gets bigger, stronger and more physical and becomes an even better power forward but he’s been looking really good with Lindholm thus far

Ritchie’s got a hot stick and knows where to go, so I’d have him up there over Lucic. I’d say Phillips, but let him ease in with a Defence First Centre and a Play Maker to set him up.

Have Coleman & Lewis throw pucks in front of the net for Dube or back to the point for D-Man Blasts and they can all crash the net for loose pucks. That’d be a major goalie disruption imo

Lucic sucks he need to sit on the bench for the remainder of his contract.

Id keep the lines the same as today.
If theres a change id wanna have mang-backs-cole as a 3rd with hube on the 2nd line with dube

We won’t get away with Lucic on the 2nd line next game

We should be playing Lucic sparingly at this point and inserting the young guys if/when possible. Ritchie’s Hot and much faster (especially at accelerating and overall agility) so he stays over Lucic. Let Lucic play against teams like Nashville

Lucic has his moments, but he needs to play in very specific situations and when it’s in the D-Zone he should just sit along the boards and wait for the puck to come to him, unless their RD cheats to the middle then he should keep the puck outside

That said, I do believe Lucic to be our weakest link. He just tends to turn it on for the Playoffs though, so that’s why we won’t just dump him
