I've seen this trade come up a couple times, I myself figure Vancouver looks to upgrade defensively for and lose Boeser as they're actively letting him search for a trade. Pick swap because Boeser does have 2 additional years and move up a round in 2024. Also AAV is very similar so neither team would have to crunch the cap to get this deal to work.

It's already been said Minnesota has zero interest in boeser. Our gm doesn't want him. We certainly aren't taking on cap or making our d worse

Canucks would need to add right now. Brock isn't nearly close to equal value at all. That contract is the reason why. It's not good.

Also the wild don't need or want him. Sure he's from there, but they don't need him.
