I like Stepan to Montreal, but getting a two top-9 players for Stepan would be a good move, regardless the picks. If the Rangers were moving Kreider, Montreal would be crazy not to offer something more than Matheson.

I think the Rangers players are underrated (most of them). If their players are so bad how do the Rangers do so good each year?

The Nash deal with LV will be cap circumvention and shut down by the league. Also Nash at 1/2 salary would be worth way more than those 4 players.

Stepan is worth way more than 2 bottom 6 forwards and a 2nd round pick. You either trade him for a younger Center with a high ceiling or hold on to him.

No to Reaves.

It's borderline astounding how hellbent you are on undervaluing the entire Rangers roster. The Stepan, Kreider, and Raanta trades are all so unevenly weighted against the Rangers, and I'm not even going to touch that horrid Las Vegas expansion draft set-up you've created.

Let me guess, you over value them, good for you. I can unload long term cap for short term like everybody else, but that's not realistic. Lets see; Stepan is getting slower by the minute, has a ntc kicking in and is overpaid long term. Raanta is too small to be a legitimate starter, every gm knows that. While there are many goalies available. Kreider is intriguing still to all teams, yet others are catching on that he's lacking hockey IQ and little "testes". Nash is Nash, hard to unload...
