When they say '25, they mean '25-26. And can you link one of these reports that says it will be mid-90's?

Go to THG youtube, in a recent video he says that. "Does an increase in cap help mismanaging" or something like that. I chose not to bring the cap to 95.5 for that reason. I made an estimate.
