Two things, 1) this is not close to getting Matthews even if the 1st is Bedard. 2) I doubt Matthews agrees to go to Arizona, he wants to win and loves being a star in a big market. Arizona is going to fold and can't sell out a 5k arena

Love seeing Matthews go home, but I think Arizona would rather wait for when he is a UFA and they have a couple high end picks in the fold

You are right but next year he does and also TO has a big say in it. And why would they trade the 2nd best player in the game when he's 25?
