Labancs buyout is super cheap but while we are rebuilding there's no real need to move him. His value is too low to trade. Vastly prefer Benning over Barrie. Barrie is the opposite of the type of player that Grier wants in SJ. Grier definitely rejects.

im an active nurse hater but lets be real he is top 4 d man anywhere in the league, this guy is an athletic beast i would go as far as to say he's one of top 10 fittest d-man but his hockey iq and decision making are severely lacking and that's his biggest weakness which isn't easy to fix, his sheer athleticism allows him to skate with even mcdavid at speed which would make him useful for anyteam, nurse is actually really good at defending the rush when he doesn't "Starfish" but his in-zone D is lacking which could be fixed if you paired him with someone like serverson or gudas to cover his woes. Nurse is 5M-7M dollar D-man, His 9.25M cap hit is what people hate him for most which i understand bc i am one of them
