Fat chance that Martin Necas would fall to Carolina at #13 Detroit is heavily scouting him and plans on taking him with their #9 pick if he's not taken top 8 no way is Necas going to fall to #13 unless Pettersson or Liljegren are still on the board when Detroit picks and they take one of them.
