Kane fully controls where he ends up due to his full NMC. Unless he opens up the market to multiple teams Chicago fans better be ready for a very underwhelming return for him. Look at what Hall and Giroux returned the past couple of seasons. Hall got next to nothing because he would only waive for Boston, Giroux got more including a first and a very mediocre prospect if you could still call Tippett that mainly because he was willing to go to a few teams.
