- No way you would get Honka for Eberle. Niemi´s contract is cheap to buy out so a team can´t get that much back for taking on his contract.
- Why would Vegas take Pouliot too when they can take just Brossoit?

- Honka's name has been out there for quite some time. And Dallas gets a 20+ goal scorer in every year he's been in the league since his rookie season. (Lockout year aside when he put up 16 in 48 games). Benn-Seguin-Eberle seem's like a helluva top line and the money close to evens out.
- Even after Vegas has finished their Expansion draft they will still need 17 contracts to get them to 50 (or 15 to 48 where most teams like to hover) I'm offering Pouliot and Brossoit to mainly keep them from taking Reinhart. I'm actually a big believer in the guy and actively route for him. I think a combination of him, Osterle, Nurse and Honka are good bets to help mitigate the loss of Sekera and just provide depth for the NHL Team so guys like Jones, Bear, Mantha, Piagin can develop properly. Also would probably be the only way to get Pouliot's contract off the books that doesn't involve a buyout or taking back a worse contract.
