I already feel like it is unlikely the Pens move their 1st. They would probably just send Blueger your way to make the cap work and then add the assets needed.

Price is a tad high TBH, Kapanen although he doesn't have much value, there is still a bit of potential there that a rebuilding team could take a flyer on him and he only has 1 year left after this year, I don't believe it's worth a 2nd to me

Honestly, if I'm the Pens I would give you Blueger and a 2nd, plus a prospect (probably not Pickering, maybe Hallander?) If it's Blueger and a first then no prospect. Also, I don't think we need Bortuzzo.

I think Pickering is the big get, not sure there’s anything I’m interested in outside of him. Understandable to not want to trade him.
