Just maybe…possibly we could place Evander Kane and Klim Kostin on LTIR because…Kane missed two games and Kostin three games from injuries so placing both would free up $4,825,167M then sending Devin Shore down ( paper transaction, he doesn’t actually go down then gets called up :) nexts day ) frees up $5,675,167M which allows this trade to happen for Gustav Nyquist

That now frees up $5,675,167…I like Puljujärvi for retained Max Domi $3,000,000 (retained half $1,500,000) with maybe just maybe Sam Lafferty $1,150,000M leaves $350,000T in cap space from 2 for 1…obviously picks, prospects, more would have to be added and depends what they want obviously can’t just happen either

I know Kostin would be allowed to return March, 9th against Boston or March, 14th against Ottawa. For Evander Kane would be eligible to return March 11th against Toronto or March 16th against Dallas….Could this possibly make room for Luke Schenn?? Toughness in Tanner Jeannot for forwards??…I think I used too much question marks but that’s Edmonton Oilers right now by watching every NHL playoff team make moves but Oilers/Ken Holland or US I could say
