1. The 2023 third has to be conditional because Arizona has the right to exchange your 2025 second they own for it. Just make it a reverse condition: if Arizona exercises that right, then the 2025 second goes to Anaheim.

2. We're happy to retain 50% on both Henrique and Kulikov. If you haven't accrued sufficient cap space by next Friday to cover that $4 million, then you can find another team to retain a further 50% on Henrique and you can play him as soon as he's healthy and wants to be introduced to his new teammates.
