Schmaltz is good but for that package Caps can get a better player like an Ehlers.

Caps hard pass on the STL deal. Don't know why people keep trying to make that deal. Krug is the exact opposite of what BMac is trying to do: get younger and healthier. Krug is the exact opposite. Plus his contract is terrible.

Caps also pass on the PHI deal. I don't mind moving Kuz but need something better than that. They should move him for just picks then flip that for a better player.
