No doubt they're taking some cap dumps, they are not in position to deal EK without taking some in with his cap hit.

No Campbell or Nurse. Sharks will take other cap dumps with shorter term.

Tbf Campbell has the same term as Karlsson, and also relatively cheap buyout if he doesn't rebound.

Sharks already bought out Jones and will potentially will buy out Vlasic this summer. Burns retained, EK likely retained, etc. Campbell doesn't make sense.

I get SJ fans don't want him around, but I also get that with Grier, just about everything is possible.

They're already retaining about that much with Burns, and there's been rumors SJ willing to retain around 20% of EK's salary.
