3. TPB needs to resign Kucherov! and he will comand a lot.
3. This deal does not make any sense for TPB - they can do a lot better

If the cap stays flat, then it wouldn't work. The team also only has 12 forwards as you have it. The trade would only work if capitals retained quite a bit of ovechkins contract
