There is room for him and Oliver Nadeau.
Probably just take out Jost and Greenway.
Missing another RHD.
Maybe in the '25-'26 season Chychrun decides to join the Sabres, LOL.

Remember the Sabres were actually considering taking Kulich over Östlund with pick 16 and tried to move up in the draft.

You can jump to 5:54 to listen to the conversation about the 16th OA pick.
So, let's trust Crowe, Ventura and Forton when they took GK Topias Leinonen (3.08 GAA 0.858 SV%) over 6'2" 190 lb. RHD Tristan Luneau (60 ga 18 go 56 ast 74 pts).

There were a few at 41 they could have taken. Luneau definitely would have been nice. Yeah I read alot about Kulich and them thinking about taking him at 16. Fabulous player, starting to understand that he is big enough even at 18 to play against NHL players. He has taken his game to another level since the WJ

First, it appears the Sabres did really well at the 2022 draft.
It is really hard for me to comprehend how many teams passed on Kulich.
I know looks do not determine how well someone can play hockey, but look at this picture of him: https://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=245580
He is as solid as can be. While another season in the AHL would be not hurt, he certainly appears to be ready.

On to the Sabres.
Peterka certainly disappeared in January and February registering only 1g and 2 ast, he has turned it around over the past 8 games with 2 goals and 5 assists.
Quinn first year (60 ga 13 go 18 ast 31 pts) looks very much like Cozens first full year (79 ga 13 go 25 ast 38 pts).
It would not surprise me to see him score 25 to 30 goals next year.
Please explain why Greenway (6 ga 1 pt -3) was worth a 2nd round pick, while Stillman (6 ga, 2 pt +2) could be had for Bloom?
Finally, very bad loss giving up 3 different 2 goal leads and 3 third period goals.

Bright future if they can strengthen that Dcore. Greenway has been very disappointing, horrible play on that Wilson goal. He was on the ice for 2 bad goals last night. UPL's softy didn't help either

Hope they atleast go D on 2 of there top 4 picks. If Reinbacher is there I would not mind him, but the forward talent will be hard to pass on. Will be some good D in the 2nd and early 3rd rnds
