There is no way Montreal accepts that deal. First of all, they would need someone back in nets and also, the value isn't there, especially with the draft being so weak this year.

So a team with the worst goals for and against is going to give up their #1 center and #4 overall pick for a #1 goalie that can't win a playoff series (with a playoff caliber roster) and a POTENTIALLY middle pair d-man?
