IMO Addison is not worth a first. I also hope Rossi plays in the NHL next year.

Apart from that, the signings and the Goligoski trade make sense

I hope Rossi is in the mix too, just didn't want to put too many eggs in that basket at this point.

John Klingberg will have tons of suitors, Zero chance he signs that low ball offer.

Yea, it's a lowball. Maybe if he got more term he'd be willing to come down on AAV, but then it's probably a no-go for Guerin. Based on how he's done with the Wild since they got him, I'm selfishly hoping they find a way to keep him. Perfect PP QB and partner for Brodin.

Doesn’t Goligoski have a NMC? If so I don’t see him accepting a trade to Buffalo.

He does. Honestly I didn't put a lot of thought into the destination, just that they should trade him to try and make room for Klingberg and give him more minutes elsewhere that he isn't getting with the Wild. And I mean, the Sabres are an up and coming team - maybe he does accept. He's in his twilight and already won a cup. Who knows.

Klingberg stinks! I would much rather sign Dumba to a reasonable contract like this than bring this pylon back!

I do, unequivocally. Both offensive defensemen, but Dumba lost a lot of his value when he injured his pec... he no longer scores and we're left with a lot of manic defensive gaffes and bone-headed penalties. He's a great locker room guy and dude overall no doubt, but a very frustrating player to watch. Klingberg of course has his warts, but he's what you expect in an offensive blue liner - he scores!

Agree to disagree! I would take Dumba over Klingberg 1000 times out of 1000 times!

I think you need to stop watching Dumba through the lens of him being an offensive defenseman…he’s not anymore, but what he has become is a very good defensive defenseman!

Lol, how has he become a 'very good' defensive defenseman? Look at his advanced stats on hockey-reference.com - he is the definition of subpar. He only looks ok because he plays next to one of the best defensive defenseman in the league in Brodin. Take off the rose-colored glasses my dude.
