Description
IMO, Vegas is going to take advantage of their UFA window before July 1 and makes deals with Russians and NHL vets. As a result they won't have a a lot of cap to draft too many high priced "rejects" from current club rosters. The bottom part of the lineup can be with fringe/ cheap NHL players (aren't most 4th liners) which are cap cheap.
