Instead of Motte & Toews Rangers will bring up Cuylle and Othmann, no need to spend 2 mil on vets when our prospects are ready to be brought on for <1mil.

in total, oth and cuylle cost 1.7 which is 300k less than toews and motte. i would personally let both kids take 1 more year and not rush them.

toews i think would most likely bc its either he retires or signs for near league minimum. hes in the nicest way possible, on his way out and the rangers would entice him with kane and a chance at one more cup together

Personally I like Goodrow. I think at the beginning of the season he was the type of player Buffalo needed in their bottom 6. Buffalo needs to get harder to play against, and Goodrow provides that in spades. Guy was good enough to play 17+ minutes a game in the playoffs for Tampa in both cup years. That said I believe they got Greenway hoping he could fill a similar type of role, so there probably wouldn't be much interest there anymore.
