Description
This is a for fun team. None of these moves are realistic, I just wanted to see the team with a couple more of quebec born-players. I don't want habs to trade our first pick for Laffy, I don't want us to spend assets on Dubois when we can get him for free, I know Gaudreau and Roy aren't available, I repeat this is for fun.

Not sure why my description hasn't been save but basically it was written : This is a for fun team. None of these moves are realistic, I just wanted to see the team with a couple more of quebec born-players. As a NYR fan, that's the only type of package I would take for Laffy. Would love it if we lucked into Bedard/Fantilli, but even Will Smith / Leo Carlsson aren't bad consolation prizes.

This trade would be fair only if MTL is not drafting top3. Habs wouldn't trade Bedard/Michkov or Fantilli 1v1 for Laffy

Looks like Bergeron will retire as a bruin. And I don't have much tradable assets left for Girard, Marchessault, Perron or even Letang

Understandable, NYR would probably wait to see who is available at 5th then. I think Michkov is going to drop and he wouldn't fit NYR's timeline. It'd have to be Smith or Carlsson available (preferably Smith).
