Can't see the Pens having any interest in 6m Hall unless the Bruins pay a premium. You really think Ullmark waives for Arizona? Really?. By the way the cap won't be 86m and team don't go with 209 man rosters.

You must have missed out on like three 1st round picks in that trade with Arizona! Zip-a-dee-doo-daa...
The other one is perhaps fair value given the forced cap crunch, but 'meh' in general! The B´s should rather ask for picks!

Pens have just over $20M in cap space and few big pieces to resign. I'd be happy if the Pens took that deal.

Pens have a lot more money than people think this off season, and Hall is the perfect fit to play on the left side of Malkin. If Penguins had any reason to object, it would be to protect Gruden - not pass on Hall.

I do think Ullmark waives for Arizona. They would give him a big extension and he would never have to worry about having any competition (like Swayman) there.

Agree to disagree on the cap figure, but not sure where you got 209 players from?? Teams go with 22 man rosters as highlighted by the 22 man roster above?

Hahaha the Bruins aren't getting a first round pick for Linus Ullmark..... Receiving Weber's deal and moving him to LTIR while freeing up $16.5 mil in cap space is all the return we need.

I'm all set with the Bruins asking for picks. I would much rather have real proven prospects. Unless we want to load up with more Zach Senyshyn's, our drafting and farm system are dead last in the league for a reason....

Exactly.... Bruins need to move him, and he firs exactly what Pittsburgh is looking for. Guentzel - Crosby - Rust..... Hall - Malkin - Rakell.

You can't be serious that Ullmark waives for the worse franchise in the NHL, maybe the worse of any of the top four pro sports in North America. The worse travel schedule on any NHL team.

I get the LTIR thing, which is creative in it´s right, but all four of the players you traded can be off loaded separately and relieve 14M cap - three of them are even really desirable goods that would fetch a good amount of return in either picks, prospects or useful players!

Prospects have the advantage that they are one step ahead to be infused, whilst picks are easy to bargain with!
