The only real problem I see with this is where the money comes from to pay Quinn, Peterka, and Levi the following season. Not sure you can give Luukkonen $2.5 million and still give Levi what he will likely deserve.

Capfriendly projects 92 million cap that year meaning 18.6 million in cap space before making any move

The cap is really going to go up almost 10 million dollars in the next two years? I am pretty sure in the salary cap era we haven’t seen a two-year window where the cap went up that much. Of course if it does, that will mean that everyone else has more spending power too.

This AGM is 2 years from now. So the year you are worried about is 3 years from now
