Now that Franson is off the radar (at least temporarily) for Pens GMs, it appears that Ekblad will be the center of their attention. Yea, he isn't very good, he's only making 925,000 this year.

I hope this was a joke. Calder winner for a bunch of randos. Makes no sense for anyone.
Already have to pay Maatta and Pouliot real money soon. Ekblad is likely to be making 7mil plus on his next contact.
