What kind of culture are they going for if they are getting Dubois? Why get Dubois to play him LW?

Dubois is going to want 8Mx8 if not 8.5Mx8.

Why not add a more significant piece to defence instead of Crouse?

hes used to playing LW. also cuz he isnt good on draws. ur right on the money part. he can get more elsewhere that being said leafs cant and wont offer more. the D is fine as is

You let Dubois center Tavares line and that way Tavares can take the draws for him.

Brodie is probably gone after this season, with the FA class being pretty good for D, might as well sign a replacement. Saves you from needing to make the CBJ trade too.
