generally these pieces would work for sens, but the sens may want to get more, probably an extra pick, such as a 2nd or a 3rd

Dorion is a dreamer, Since Cat will only extend long term with either Dallas or Detroit. Dorion loses any leverage he has on him. There's absolutely noway in hell that Jim Nill pays that for DeBrincat.
