Although smaller sample size this past year, I'd rather see Hirose over Wolanin but both good options.

I inherently don't believe most GMs say. Rutherford ran his mouth pretty openly but Allvin just gives meaningless platitudes.

Exactly what they should do imo.
Dillon is just a placeholder. But move one of Garland or Boeser or Beauvillier for a serviceable D, preferably at a lower cap hit than the fwd you move.
