Calgary would like it, CBJ would not. Backlund is not a guy Columbus would at all be inclined to extend.

You’re basically asking them to give three of their current or soon to be current Cs in Roslovic (not a huge loss), Sillinger (still too soon to tell), and the 3OA (who will be a C) — all of who are younger or much younger than Lindholm — for Lindholm. He’s the best player in the deal, but they can’t completely gut the position they’re trying to fortify.
