What is to come

Team: 2023-24 Boston Bruins
Initial Creation Date: Jun. 28, 2023
Published: Jun. 28, 2023
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Take this opportunity to develop the talent you have in your system.

I believe Gryz would continue to thrive in NYI and fit their fast pace of play.

I could see this team competing well.

If Beecher is unable to thrive as 3C then bump him to 4C and swap McLaughlin for Greer and try Poitras as 3C.

Frederic and Grzelyck are worth significantly less than Wahlstrom

What? No little Bert. I thought the Bruins were signing him for 5/5

I’m on board for that to get done. But from what I’ve heard it is suspected that they will get out bid in free agency.

Third pair lefty defenseman and a bottom six winger aren’t worth more than a top six wing prospect imo.

Islanders don't play a fast style. They rely on Sorokin stealing games for them.

Gryz is a top 4 d-man easily, and Fredric’s grit and ability will prove to be more valuable then Wahlstrom.

Barzal, Horvat, Nelson they all thrive off the rush… what would help them more than an incredible puck moving d-man?

He’s a third pair guy on a cup contender imo. Can play top four for sure. Frederic is a decent player, but doesn’t have the type of skill and shooting ability the isles desperately need.

Poitras is not NHL ready + it makes no sense to trade Hall to not resign Bert

Isles thrive on grit and grind to beat teams. Frederic injects youth into their pool of grinders that are only growing in age.

I agree they need to resign Bert but it doesn’t sound extremely promising that it will occur. Poitras may not be NHL ready but that transition would occur mid season if Beecher was not meshing as 3C. He would of had time in Providence to get up to speed and has shown promising development so far.

Wahlstrom is fairly physical tbh. I don’t c any reason to move him at this time. He reminds me a lot of DeBrusk a few years ago.
