Description
If Nylander and Matthews don't exercise their UFA options in 2024 they're fools even if they resign, I would make Leafs prove that they want me and that they can get players to support the team otherwise I would sign with a better managed hockey club, assuming Nyland would waive to play for Minnesota after Saturday that's what I can come up with.

I would put $1000 on Matthews and Nylander testing UFA status they are superstars and they earned it, speaking as a leaf fan.

So the media can really make people think a certain way because I have barely heard anyone say how these guys have earned the right to be ufas and see what they can get and usually guys resign but if the Leafs can't get any support why should they resign?

They ain't resigning if management rolls out the same team and they don't make it past the second round.

He's a UFA after this season if they aren't sure he will return I would move him for quality hardworking players and save the 9-10M aav

You sound like you actually think you know anything, you’re just guessing like all the rest of us ‘insiders’ included 😂. Couldn’t disagree more - they’re both re signing and you have no idea what the team will look like come start of season so chill

Im not afraid of being wrong even though I sound confident in my opinion and my detractors are commenting on how I "sound" without real rebuttal using their own personal information which means I have a good take on the situation in my opinion, so we'll see another full year of Leafs speculation and acgm transactions that we thought would calm and another year of safeelite hockey that warrants a early playoff exit.
