Panthers have little cap and very few movable contracts. Hes the only one who is expendable. If florida was not in this position he could get a 2nd + 3rd but not rn. Thats the league wide consensus

I don’t disagree with majority of that but at the same time we aren’t particularly desperate for cap space, trading a top 6 F for a 6th to open up 3m in cap to sign a worse player doesn’t make much sense
