Because the value is definitely there and unless Yzerman prints it, it's really a fan perspective. Either way, if it's not a go, NJ probably offers up pick + prospect (Holtz?) + Vitek. And that's probably better.

Forgot a pick. You are correct. Though I wouldn't expect it to be beyond a young player/prospect/and money coming back (pick depends on the prospect; especially if it's a very good young player I, I could see a 2nd).

What is the Vilardi Deal? I was told 5.5 was a overpay.
