This feels rushed and not beneficial to Ottawa. Love JGP but his contract is not advantageous even with the cap going up. Kelly and Bailey on the 4th line is a liability.

Why not bridge Pinto for 2 years at a lower AAV?

I got yeah. I'm hoping he can get a deal done with Seattle for Tolvanen, Nelson and picks and sign one of Tarasenko or Tatar.
