Description

Save the remaining cap space for the trade deadline, there's more than enough to add an impact rental player. Then once the rental is cleared off the roster, use that remaining cap space for Hanifin's extension the following offseason.

Jurco has to be qualified at close to $1m - use CapFriendly's QO calculator if you're unsure. They can sign for less, but it's hard to imagine Jurco would want to.

Carolina has already stated that they are only interested in moving one of their young d-man for a legit offensive threat, which Anisimov is not. They'd love for the threat to be a center as well, but AA just doesn't fit what they want, even with a prospect thrown in (btw Knott, Fortin are a higher tier than Radke, Louis, Noel while Pokka has little to no value).

Jurco signed for $800K, but I'm glad you were able to set me straight. I'm thankful for that.
