      Why would the Flames give up Dube, a 1st and a 2nd for a UFA?

      The trade would be done this offseason where both nylander and tanev are currently under contract. Nylander would come with an extension in place.

      I really hope reaves turns out to be a success, but i just don’t know if he’ll be an nhl calibre player in a year, similar to what simmonds has become.
