By 2025-2026 Anderson will be destroyed by injuries and a shadow of himself. He won't have any value unfortunately. The time to trade him would be now

1. The key point here is "if everyone hits on potential". Not everyone will. This a decent start of a lineup but it will be far from what the roster will look like when the rebuild is over.
2. Not to be overly analytical of an Armchair GM team but your lineup would need more balance with players sitting in the proper chairs. As an example, if RHP end up on the Habs 4th line then he would be in the wrong chair because he is not a 4th line type. RHP needs to grow into a consistent 2nd line winger type, otherwise he would not be a proper fit in a rebuilt lineup.

Don't listen to the "nay-sayers". While it's true not everyone will be NHL regulars, some of these players will also pop and be starts. All it takes is 1 player like Dach or Slafkovsky to take a huge leap forward and change the entire makeup of this team.

You only need 3 Elite players to win in the playoffs normally. It could be any of: Hutson, Guhle, Reinbacher, Slafkovsky, Dach, Caufield, Mailloux. Any 3 in that list and we're in business.
