TBH, I don’t know if I’d want Kane. Even at that cap hit.
That said, I wouldn’t be upset about it.

I think it'd be hilarious considering all the people saying "he doesn't have Kane to score 40 goals"

then they'd be saying "He doesn't have a 'in-his-prime' Kane to score 40 goals"

It would be funny. But IDK if Kane is the best presence to have in the locker room with so many young guys. Great player but I’ve always thought he had an attitude issue.

Possibly. Much happier with Perron being the vet presence that's for sure.
