Newhook contract would walk him right to UFA status. It should either be 2-3 years or 5-6 years.

Must be a fun negotiation for Kent Hughes right now.

As Newhooks former agent, he would’ve told him to chase every dollar he’s worth and not settle for less.

Now as Newhooks GM, he’s now gotta argue with paying him less in an effort to reserve as much cap space as he can lol.

I doubt CHI accepts. There is just no room for them and I don't think that is enough to take on $15.6M in total salary.
