Even though I don't like the idea of trading for Karlsson, I think that will be the package that he will fetch. You have done a good job with the value, well done. Still hope Dubas doesn't trade for him.

I think this might be the exact package if I had to guess with maybe POJ swapped for Smith. I think in this instance though we need to try and move Rutta in a separate trade to get more cap space to fix the bottom 6.

I don’t know what Canucks you were watching last year but if demko goes down again for longer then I’d say 2 weeks that’s too much for Martin to handle as backup or silovs. DeSmith is a proven backup who can take some of the stress off of demko

Not sure which Canucks team YOU watched Demko was lights out after i jury recovery..We have a back up SILOVS who just came second in voting for IIHF player of the year second only to Conner Bedard.Look him up.We dont need or want DeSmith.IMHO.

Yeah demko was great after I hurt but that’s not what I was just saying. If he gets injured then our goalies after that aren’t good enough as backups. Silovs will be but he still needs a year in the minors as the full time starter there before that, he’s still young and goalies take time to develop properly
