For sure. Everyone talks like CHI will be back next year. But if you look at the timeline of the last rebuild, yeah, it was 5 years before they started sniffing the playoffs and 7 years before they won the cup, if we are counting the 2003 draft as the starting point. That would mean CHI isn't a serious team for another 3 or 4 seasons. Now, that could certainly be accelerated by a few obvious factors. But, you're right, this stuff takes time. Even the best players need time to develop, acclimate, build chemistry, learn the pro game, etc.
