Not to nitpick, but COL is extremely jammed up on the Left side and wide open on the right. Not sure if a small LW is what they are looking to add but if the price is okay, maybe I guess?

Not wrong, Robertson is cheap injury prone but an offensive talent when healthy and if I'm remembering properly he played both sides of the wing. The picks going to Toronto could definitely be altered but that's what I thought he'd go for roughly. Best case scenario Colorado gets a solid scoring depth for cheap and worst case scenario they gave up mid to late picks for a borderline NHL talent that never panned out

I'd say its more about him staying healthy. Odds are drouin will only be here one year regardless of how he does this year. Lehky rants and nichuskin can play right side if need and then we could have landy roberston and wood on left next year. 4th and a 7th is really nothing as well i don't see why we wouldn't do that.

My comment noted if the price is right, they wouldn’t turn it down. Given Robertsons injury history, chances are Drouin has a better chance of working out lol

I mean i would assume CMac does that with all UFA's and RFA's. My point is, if he plays bad we won't resign him, if he plays good he probily prices himself out of colorado, the only way he pretty much comes back is if landy stays on LTIR
