Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Line 1: Cat-Lark-DP - Cat and Larkin put up the points, DP does the dirty work. Probably gets moved to a contender at the deadline.

Line 2: Ras-JT-Raymond - Ras/JT give a LH/RH center advantage and provide the work needed to create space for Raymond

Line 3: Fabs-Copp-Sprong - Fabs if healthy is effective, however he is rarely healthy. Copp is solid in a middle 6 role, Sprong gets a chance for more opportunity not on a 4th line. Berg takes Fabs' spot if/when he is injured.

Line 4: Kostin-Veleno-Berg - Roll the dice. Berg can control play, Veleno has shown glimpses, and Kostin is an unknown but has upside.

Extras: Fish, Lindy, McIsaac - Fischer 13th F if someone gets hurt, to help with PK, etc. Lindstrom and McIsaac depth defense and injury protection.

Soderblom, Kasper, Mazur as a top line in GR to develop, with any of the three being there for a call up if deserving.

- Buchy the boom/bust prospect 2+ years out.
- Danielson back to juniors to build on last season. Will adjust to NHL as a high floor / low ceiling 2C eventually but most likely heads to GR after junior season ends.
- Bicker is FAF. May not ever make it to the NHL but could be another gem if rounded out.

- DJ has only improved since being drafted, looks to be another solid middle piece. Doesn't excel in one category, but is a very balanced player.
- Amadeus, Amadeus.... Amadeus. Wing fans rejoice in hopes he continues to impress.
- Brennan Ali - My pick for the underdog prospect that makes it to the show. Two years in a row as a stand out at development camp. Don't be surprised if he shocks DRW fans.

- Hanas-Doucet-Niederbach - Could make it, may be AHL career bound.

- Dower-Nilsson bros - hope for the best, similar to the three listed above them.

Walman-Seider - with a full season, will be a very good top pairing for Detroit.

Maata-Ghost - Maata lets Ghost do his thing, hopefully creating a nice balance of offense and defense. Both possibly moved at the TDL for assets.

Chiarot-Holl - fingers crossed. Just don't hurt the team until the Wings are competing.

Wallinder-ASP - two of the top four of the future. Wallinder/Seider and Edvinsson/ASP as a top 4 looks great.

Johansson-Gibson - physical pair that project to be solid defensive D-men. If this is the pairing at 5-6 in the furture behind the aforementioned top 4, this top 6 should be CAR'esque.

Buium-Ant Johansson - Two big guys that add depth to the organization. Due to those in front, may get moved or jammed, but if some of the previously mentioned don't pan out its hard to see them not filling those spots.

Cleveland-Tuomisto - Two more big guys that add more prospect depth.

Husso is the guy for 2 more years. Reimer a serviceable back up with hopes that Lyon pushes both. Cossa and Augustine battle it out for the future back stop for the Wings.
