Krejci can waive that clause. and on another note if you want a new core you really want to have Jake DeBrusk on that team along with all of the draft picks Sweeney has made.

Of course he can, but Krejci (I'm assuming you don't follow the Bruins or you'd know this) has said numerous times that he wants to retire a Bruin and then return home to finish out his hockey career.
