Big yikes to all of the high draft picks the Flyers are giving up in seasons they wont be competitive.

Both teams decline and this makes no sense for the flyers anyway

Neither Scheifele or Karlsson are waiving for one of the worst teams in the NHL, Flyers aren't going anywhere for at least another 10 years or so.

10 years is a giant stretch considering Michkov and Cutter will both be here in 3 years time max unless u expect a top 2 prospect and top 15 prospect to fail. The flyers will be ready to make a playoff push in probably 4-5 years. But yeah this post is just nonsense tradewise

4-5 years is extremely optimistic, You have Carolina, New Jersey and the NYR in the top 3 spots for a long time. And upcoming teams in Columbus probably the Islanders. To think that Philly is anywhere close to those teams is crazy. Michkov and Cutter alone don't make Philly anywhere close to a playoff team. As other teams will be getting equally as good or better talent on their rosters as well.

We can agree to disagree, teams fall apart all of the time. Islanders have no future, Columbus has all the prospects but still was awful last year and got a coach that gets along with nobody, NYR are old and cap strapped, NJ are still frauds til proven they can actually win when it counts, Carolina I agree with. Flyers will have loads of top picks along with their already top 10 rated prospect system coming up. In 4-5 years we will be a playoff team for sure
