So for me Jeff Petry is not going to start the season with the Canadiens. He will get traded. For the goaltending situation i suppose one of Allen and DeSmith is going to get moved. I think we should try to separate Caufield and Suzuki. If it doesn’t work then replace them together

You think Petry is going to stay? We don’t have a spot for him. He’s just going to take the young guys ice time. And we can get back something interesting due to his value. I prefer developing and the playing Barron instead of a 35 year old Jeff Petry.

You think the habs are going to start the year with 3 goaltenders? While Primeau will be pushing a roster spot. One of Allen or DeSmith is going to get moved.

And for Slafkovsky everyone has their own opinion but i think a trip to Laval makes the most sens. Cant burn him just after his injury. And don’t force things. Remember what we did with KK

I don’t get why some on here suggest breaking up CC and Suzy. Spreading the wealth only works if both players are play drivers like Malkin and Crosby or Drai and McJesus. CC is on his way to becoming an elite sniper but he won’t drive the play on his own line, taking him away from the best playmaker on the team would be a mistake.

Why not try to move Savard and keep Petry instead?

Bruh I said if it doesn’t work out then replace Caufield and Suzuki together. And For Savard, he’s younger cheaper and a better leader for the young guys.
