Description

Kane is the biggest question mark. I doubt Drury bends over backwards to get him again. Either he signs cheap or he doesn’t play for NYR

Pulju could be a interesting if gets healthy and accepts the fact that he’s a bottom 6 player

Kessel could be strictly 3rd line RW. Allows vesey to stay on the 4th line and Kakko/Wheeler in the top 6

ZAR/Ritchie/brassard/Heinen could force competition for the 4th line or extra forward

Wheeler and his durability concerns are the pivot point, the NYR need him to play a full season and at a higher level for lineup stability. Going nowhere if Vesey is in the top 6.

I think Wheeler will be fine. Last year he was unlucky and took a shot to the nuts lol

As for vesey, he was a good fit for Panarin. Panarin needs a role support player like he had Fast. And if anyone from the 4th line is moving up, I’d rather it be Vesey
