the Bruins won't be taking back Carter, he doesn't solve a need for them. rakell or smith i'm sure they'd chat about.

Not like Carter would waive anyways. He’s staying in Pitt cus he doesn’t want to move his family. I don’t know why Penguins fans make ACGMs moving Carter. It’s not going to happen
