It is Philly I agree it would take an overpayment but I can still see them saying no. And I don't even think dubas would even pay that much to get rid of carter

He wouldn't. It took a 2nd to dump 1 year of Bailey's contract at 5m. But, if this was offered, Brierre would still be an idiot to say no

Why would Carter go to Philly? They’re a basement dweller who once said they couldn’t with with him and dealt him to Columbus. And Carter hates Columbus, lol. He has no love for Philly.

Why would carter sign with Philly? I answered that question already in description. It is reported his wife and kids live in Philadelphia. Now I don't know if that 100 true. Just something I saw. If he wants to stay close to them. Why not move to them. Nothing more nothing less. I think it would take a big over payment for Philly help Pittsburgh.
